That we take our work incredibly personally. The most stressful part of our job is making sure we do the right things for our patients and team.

Beth, the preceptor who raised me from a baby nurse! She had traveled all over, seen all the scary things, and always rolled with the punches. She pushed me to travel and keep get outside of my comfort zone.
