When it came to finding jobs as nurses, a simple and modern, yet human, experience didn’t exist. We were sick of the endless job board scrolling, little to no real information, haggling with recruiters, feeling misunderstood, and the elusive black box that was application status.
We knew it could be so much better. So forward-thinking nurses teamed up with some of the most talented designers and developers to do it.
Trusted began in 2017 by disrupting the travel nursing industry with a modern, more empowering way for nurses to find and work opportunities, with all the information and the right kind of support at their fingertips. We did away with the unnecessary middlemen, opaque and unnecessarily stressful experience, and a nearly complete lack of technology. It was the breath of fresh air that nursing was ready for. We raised the bar and set new expectations for the industry.
Today, thousands of Trusted Clinicians (therapists, allied clinicians, and techs, too!) provide over 1 million hours of care to help everyone everywhere get care.
