    Additional Information

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Trained and worked in a dedicated open-heart unit receiving patients directly from the OR.
    • Current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting, vent, CRRT, Swan, epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive gtts titration, level 1 IABP, ECMO.

    Preferred Credentials:

    • Trauma course preferred.

    Unit Details:

    • Cares for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac transplantation, lung transplantation, ventricular assist device placement, and other complex procedures.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • AM/PM rotation or straight PM.
    • Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
