Additional Details:
Shift: Rotating shifts with start times of 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:30 am. Will also have approximately 3- 4 late shifts 10:00-7:30pm (or until last case is completed) per 6 week schedule
The perfect candidate would have Cath Lab experience in Cardiac diagnostic and interventional, peripheral diagnostic and interventional and EP PPM and Ablations cases. Experience with Impella and IABP, Laser, atherectomy, Penumbra, Inari, Shockwave, and others. Critical care and emergency management skills needed-familiarity with critical drips-Integrilin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Nitro, Antiplatelet and Anticoagulant Infusions, Post arterial access management, Heparin, Lovenox, etc.
On call REQ: on-call weekend every 7th weekend working Friday 8:30-6:00pm w/ on-call starting after 7:00pm going until 7:00 an on Monday morning.

Experience:
CVIMCU requires Cardio experience recently.
Neuro IMCU requires neuro specific experience in the last 3 years.
Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months.
Floating: All RNs are expected to float to their capacities in their hospitals, IMCU can float to M/S, ICU can float to IMCU, M/S can float M/S units. Be prepared to float based on census and acuity. Some IMCU may float to ER Hold
Registry Float Positions for Community Foundation of Northern Indiana candidates will be required to float to all 3 facilities (CH, SCH and SMH).
Call-offs: No more than 2 call offs per 13 week contract/ can result in termination.
