Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

6 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 6 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

On Call Requirements – Every third weekend, every third weekday

36 hours per week

Weekend Requirements: Rotate call every third

Must have At least 2 years of independent Endoscopic Vein Harvest utilizing either Terumo or Maquet 6 Pro and At least 2 years of Open Heart First Assist experience

Required Certifications: CSFA, CFA, or SA-C
