Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Must have: Acute care experience, preferably med-surg

Preferred or nice to have: Nursing skill set – NGT tubes, IV placement, foley management, etc.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Neurosurgeries (kyphoplasty, decompression, laminectomy), fracture repairs/IM nailing, general surgery Bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve), bladder sling, hysterectomy
