Requirements
Experience
24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Hawaii license

PALS (Required)
Vaccinations

Facility's schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.)

Guaranteed Hours: No Guarantee

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

All candidate submissions MUST have ER and ICU experience to be considered

Primary Care of ER, ICU and PACU Patients and May Have To Float to Other Nursing Units NOT as a Primary Nurse to Assist as Needed.

Other duties include: expediting on other floors, sitting with patients, helping with transport, member of the rapid response and code blue team.

Telemetry monitoring as needed, 4, 8 or 12 hour shifts days, evenings and nights.

Charge nurse differential, 72-80 hours per 2 weeks.
