Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
6 months of Laboratory Unit experience is required from last 6 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

HTL (Required)

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

6 AM to 230 PM or shift two 7 AM to 330 PM

Must be a certified Histo Tech (HTL) with Immunohistochemistry Stains and Troubleshooting of Programs and Protocols

2 years of experience in a hospital setting is required

Must be flexible.

Required:

· Embedding

· Perform Microtomy

· IHC Experience

· Special Stains

· Managing/troubleshooting staining instrumentation

Preferred: Higher certification (HTL) with more extensive training which allows them to do Immunohistochemistry stains and troubleshooting of programs and protocols

Dress Code: Scrubs - Charcoal Grey, or business casual underneath a lab coat. Lab coats provided by the lab.
