Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Endoscopy experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Travelers may request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.

Schdeule: Monday-Friday

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Only required if it’s your weekend to be on call.

Call Requirements: 2-3x per week and 1-2 weekends per 6-week schedule

Float Requirements: Will not be required to float

Equipment: Olympus 190 Scopes

Must Have Skills/Experience: Assisting Gastroenterologist during procedures such as: Colonoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, EGD, ERCP, 48 Hour Bravo Esophageal pH Test, Variceal band ligation, and assist with PEG tube placement as needed.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Same as above

Type of Patients on Unit: pre/intra/post in the lab/inpatient
