Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Will not approve blocked scheduling or same schedule/shifts, must be flexible and willing to float and work when needed.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adults, Cardiac med/surg, dialysis, cancer diagnosis, vascular,sepsis, adult respiratory, stroke, post stent, post pacer placement, renal failure

RNs required to titrate drips

High flow. RNs must read and interpret

Weekend Requirements: Every third

Holiday Requirements: Rotating with perm staff

Floating Requirements: Yes to MedSurg or to ICU to take PCU acuity patients

Scrub Color/Dress code: Navy Blue

Additional Notes: Overhead lifts in half the rooms, portable lifts, vein finders, bladder scanner, Focus on patient experience scores, responsiveness, hospital environment, and communication about medications, Looking for someone who is flexible and willing to learn as well as take feedback along the way

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
