Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience is required.

Experience with Cerner is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Guaranteed Hours 36

Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule

Holidays: work into perm staff rotation

Holiday RTO will be considered, however it cannot be guaranteed

Floating: to tele 1 to 4 ratio, could also float between MedSurg floors - first to float

Beds: 17 beds

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: hips, knees, shoulders, spine, no drips

Nurses must be able to read and interpret, will have to take dysrhythmia exam
