36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start! Must have experience in MedSurg!!! Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license, a nursing license from any state of the United States of America is acceptable.

License and Certification Must have and maintain current valid certifications of the following throughout employment: Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation - TCAR within six months of hire

ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only

HOUSING APPLICATION: must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date - form uploaded in Medefis

Shift Information: 0630-1900 and 1830-0700; every other weekend
