Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Health Care Systems Inc (HCS) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Additional Details:

Weekend Rotations Required

Orientation: 2-3 classroom days and 3 shifts of shadowing, as well as HealthStream learning modules.

Classroom training is during the day, shadowing can be done at night.

Attendance is mandatory

Patient Ratio: Detox Unit - 1/7, Residential Unit - 1/24

Required:

1 year current psych or comparable experience required.

SNF/Home Health experience will not be considered.

Must be willing to Float to other units if needed.
