Additional Details:

Shift Notes: 5P - 1:30A Mon-Fri / 7A-3:30P Every 4-5th weekend, Thursday before & Tuesday after off on these weeks.

Rotate Call on Holidays Only (40 Hour Guarantee).

Weekend Requirements: Every 4-5th Weekend.

Rotating Holidays.

High School Diploma or GED - Required

HSPA or CBSPD Certification - Required
