Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is preferred.

24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

NIHSS (Required)

Additional Details:

Assignment for 26-32 weeks

Guaranteed Hour: 36

Rotating

Eve/night 1900 to 0730 with every other weekend.

Sub-acute/long stay patients, must have rehab/LTC exp.

Must have exp. in a large, teaching facility.

EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
