Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 4 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift Notes:

Monday - Friday

Rotating Weekends morning (1 weekend shift/month)

Open 8-12 for inpatient only Sat/Sun - about every 7th weekend

Holiday Requirements: Generally closed.

of patients treated per day: Outpatient generally 8, Inpatient varies from 5-12.

Must take 8 hours of in house ortho education prior to ortho patient treatment.

Patient Types: Ortho, geriatric, sports, Parkinson's, vestibular, pediatric, lymphedema, wound care.

Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute inpatient and hospital based outpatient PT clinic.

Areas to Cover: Would be one or the other of above.

Experience: Ortho PT. Outpatient experience a plus. Mostly will work Inpatient.

Dress Code: Scrubs or casual professional.

Department specific orientation: Yes- 4 hour Epic class. 8 hours Relias Education. Orientation to clinic and hospital 1-2 days.
