12 months of Nurse Management experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Weekend Hours: (unless otherwise noted): on call for weekends

• Call Requirements: Every 4th weekend rotation for Home Health and Sussman House

• Years of Experience: min 1 year HH Hospice

• Float Requirements: Sussman House (7 bed hospice inpatient unit)

Masters Degree

• Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): Maine Health modules to be assigned

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Home Health MSW experience

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Home Health and/or inpatient hospice house
