In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/unit in which you've worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (Example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history.

Assignment is for 20-32 weeks

Every other weekend

Must have 3 years of prior travel exp and Service Lines to sub

Must have large, academic fac exp; Strong Candidates Only.

Sterile Instrument Reprocessing and GI Endoscope Reprocessing. SPECIALTY REQUIRED and Must be noted in the WH

Further Requirements: HCP is familiar with Olympus Scopes and Washer. HCP is familiar with loaner trays. HCP rates self as experienced with DaVinci Robot Xi. HCP is familiar with hand washing delicate items. Time HCP takes to process: Minor set: less than 7 minutes Dental set: under 4 minutes Ortho tray: 15 minutes. HCP identifies: Minor basic, major basic, davinci scopes and arms, trauma, ENT, dental, smith and nephew, Stryker, United, wright medical, Synthes klm Martin, ortho align, Medtronics and you name them all.

This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained.
