Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Rotating
• Float Requirements: Occasional to “like” unit
• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult and geriatric, 18 - 125
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Prefer experience on a medical/surgical unit;
• Required Education: Batchelor’s degree

• Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue (Navy is also acceptable)
• Any unacceptable attire: Fingernails should be kept clean and should not be excessive in length and in compliance with the Hand Hygiene Policy. Tattoos, which may be considered offensive to those we serve, must be covered; Excessive jewelry;
