Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Weekend/Holiday: Every other, and every other Holiday.

Float: To alike units within skillset. Float to other Aspirus locations with 40-mile radius if needed, Eagle River, Tomahawk and Howard Young

Prior critical access/ Rural experience highly preferred. Peds patients would typically be an occasional pediatric surgical patient (may be ENT or ortho cases)

Patient ratio- 1:2 ICU 1:4 pt ratio if floated to SCU
