Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit

Additional Details:

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

D/N rotating shift, 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm

Shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.

Must have 18 months perm experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass.

Facility does not accept license hits.

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

Perm reference is required and must be obtained from the past 12 months

Travel reference is required from the most recent assignment - if traveler has travel experience

NIHSS - Apex, AACME, or Blue Cloud issuing bodies acceptable.

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
