Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

RNs only: Cannot have a license that is on probation, suspended, or has board proceedings that are pending.

Travel pairs are not supported - each clinician must apply and receive an offer separately

2/11 or 2/25 start

Holiday Requirements: Must be available for 2 out of 3 major winter holidays and 2 out of 3 summer holidays

Winter holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Summer holidays are Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day

Patient Population (Diagnoses): 20% High Risk – Diabetics, Pre-Eclampsia, Advanced Maternal Age, low incidence of HIV & hard drug abuse.

Must be autonomous and able to do vaginal exams

Needs good fetal heart monitoring skills set

Must be comfortable with high risk pregnancies

RNs circulate in OR but do not scrub - preferred

Dress Code Scrubs/color: Hospital provided scrubs, street clothes that come to work in have to be clean & respectful in appearance.

To what units/facilities: Float to Mother Baby if needed
