Please be expected to float between St. Anthony Summit, Mercy, and St. Elizabeth as this is a requirement for Centura Health. Covid Boosters are preferred, but not required.

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required. Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Physical Therapist in State of Employment Required or Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred. Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred

Float Requirements: -Floating may be required to any CommonSpirit location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or CommonSpirit-identified “float zone”. -Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with CommonSpirit policy.
