Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment.
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

4/21 orientation would be 3 days, 4/28 week would be 4-5 days at 36 hours for unit opening orientation.
Unit/Department Specific Orientation: Unit specific orientation will depend on experience.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years.
Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years.
Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: TBI, Stroke, SCI, Joint Replacement.
RNs are required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab.
