Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Monday through Friday 9 hour days and a half day on Friday

Mainly outpatient but inpatient at times

Patient Population: Pediatric-Geriatric population in outpatient. Inpatient: all adults

Types of cases: Outpatient see a little bit of everything heavy ortho, general weakness/debility, balance deficits, post CVA patients, parkinsons, back pain etc. Inpatient all adults no pediatrics typically generalized weakness but some ortho, CVA mixed in.

Minimum Education: 4yr Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy

Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree preferred

Certification in a specialty area, for example: OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health, etc. preferred
