Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required from last 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Floating to other units/departments: covers mostly OP, occasional IP coverage prn, rare HH PRN
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 25 bed critical access hospital
Required skills and minimum years of experience: perform swallow assessment, video fluoroscopy, general care of all ages
