Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply

· Scheduling requirements: M-F, with 30-minute meal break. Patients break for lunch from 12-1p, staff choose this time to have lunch or we have meetings for part of the hour.

· Patient Experience requirements: Professionalism and Conduct, Compassionate Patient Centered Care, Clinical and Service Standards (documentation, assessments, etc.).

· Clinician to Patient Ratios : 1:12

Must have: Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psych/Counseling Psychology or related

Advanced skills needed: Crisis management, group facilitation skills, clinical documentation and compliance.

Dress Code: (Required uniform)

· Black scrubs or business casual, DARK jeans ok on Fridays, no holes or tears.
