Requirements

Experience

36 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times.

Shift: M-F 0730-1600 plus on-call required approximately one overnight per week and approximately one weekend per every 5 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Candidates must have a minimum of (3) three years recent experience in the OR/PACU specialty with Pre-OP, PostOP and circular experience.

Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This would include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc
