Requirements

Experience

3 months of travel experience is required.

18 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is required.

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

STABLE (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Possible charge assignment after onboarding

Requires Circulate and Scrub, attends high risk deliveries LDRP, high risk antepartum, High Risk LD, Level II transition nursery, 32 weeks, couplet care

Float to M/B as well as participate in Charge and Precepting duties

Every 3rd weekend – Friday and Saturday Nights

Prefer they work every other holiday or at least commit to 1 holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day

Can be floated to Mom/Baby – can accommodate them to do Mom only if not comfortable having a baby assignment
