Requirements

Experience

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from any number of months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Experience working with the Behavioral and CD population.

CPI Trained, If not CPI certified can complete within 6 weeks of start date.

Weekend requirement: every third weekend.

May accept COVID exemption with proper documentation and approval, and please indicate if candidate has Worked at Mercy previously.

RTO – 10 days or less (outside of holidays), requires facility approval.
