Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of travel experience is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

For 8 week (or shorter) assignments, BLS should not expire during the assignment.

On Call: No

Going guarantee: 37.5 hours / week

Every other weekend required

Large, busy state of the art off-site reprocessing center providing sterile processing services for 9 facilities including tertiary sites and ambulatory surgery centers. Facility also provides emergency services for the area.

Required: Sterile processing certification (CRCST or CSPD– must not expire during term of assignment

High School Diploma or equivalent, required

1.5+ years experience accepted if tertiary experience; 2+ years experience if not

Equipment: STERIS Washers, Autoclave IT System: SynergyTrak

Must be able to rotate through all areas – to include decontamination – will need to stand for long periods of time.

Techs can come in scrubs and put on disposable scrubs before coming into the department. Hair & beard must be covered

No nail polish.
