Requirements

Experience

24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

NRP (Required)

Vaccinations

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend and holiday rotation

Float Requirements: Float to Howard Young/Woodruff, Eagle River and Tomahawk if needed. Floating may and will be prescheduled if needed

On Call/Call Back Requirements: only if interested to do so during low census

Unit Specific Skillset: Labor, Delivery, Post Partum, PP

Unit Details: Birthing center does all stages of the birthing process
