Requirements

Experience

12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is preferred.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Call Specifics: Call period is one week or 120 hours, maybe on call 2 weeks in a 13 week rotation.

Must have experience with inpatient AND outpatient HD.

Must have competency with both acute and chronic HD patients.

Will be floating to med surg & icu, must have ms & icu experience.

Monday through Saturday.

ALL RTO or schedule request must be on submission-HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule request after submission.
