Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted)

Back up on call for call outs 7days/wk

Type of Patients on Unit: skilled and LTC: skilled can have IV lines, catheters, PICC lines, complex medical backgrounds, PT/OT/ST on site, complex wounds, wound vacs, Q4 hr antibx, daily assessments, care plans, post CVA’s, ortho, diabetic complications, cardiac, end of life care, catheters including SP. LTC has some dementia, minimal behaviors, hospice, end of life, total care, obesity, feed assisted, complex medically

Ages 60-100

Able to work with staff from other nationalities.

Thorough admissions and discharges (can have multiple of each in a day)

Ability to flex from LTC to skilled care and back as needed
