Requirements

Experience

24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

Every other weekend and holiday.

12 hour day/night rotate with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

2-3 years critical care/ICU experience

Experience with recovering patients immediately post op from open heart surgery up to the first 24 hours after surgery. Must have this experience

Experience working in larger hospital (300 beds min), level 2 or higher trauma center

Types of procedures required.
Cardiac Monitoring, Vents, Central Lines, Art Lines, Drip titration, Trach cares, Tube Feedings, Emergent Re-opening of Sternotomy at the bedside.

Floating to over units/departments. Float to all critical care units and IMC (intermediate stepdown) with ratio of 1:4. Scheduled between all 3 campuses.
