Requirements

Experience

12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Certifications

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Call requirements are roughly 9 days of call per month (M-F call starts 1530 0700, Weekend call is 24 hours)

1 year of prior Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience required

SSN and DOB required

RTO: can request no more than 5 non-consecutive days for approval. During holiday season (Nov-Jan), only one holiday RTO can be requested for approval. All RTO is approved by management prior to clinician signing a contract. Once confirmed, will be listed in Work Order Confirmation

Certifications: Military acceptable, AHA preferred. No ARC

Must pass EKG exam.

Modules:

Modules are completed pre-start, any not completed during pre-start will be finished during orientation, and annually
Module hours vary by specialty
