Type of equipment: IV Pumps, Telemetry, SCD’s, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, Feeding Pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, iMobile communication technology
Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple C/L staff scheduled.
Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members. Bedside shift report, ability to make personal connections with patients and include them/family members in their plan of care.
Comprehensive Stroke, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, Certified Chest Pain Center.
Requested Skill Set: Med/Surg Experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IV’s, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes.
Navy scrubs, tops and bottoms.
