Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekends Every Other.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.

• Call Requirements: census depending.

• Float Requirements: med/surg tele, sitter needs.

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adult, geriatric.

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Assessment, critical thinking, teamwork.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: IV starts, NGs, foleys, chest tubes.

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Sepsis, post surgical, urologic procedures, respiratory failure, CHF, cirrhosis.

• Required Education: ADN.

• Scrub Color: Grey.
