Schedule: 6 week schedules, with two weekends required every 6 weeks, 12 hour shifts (6:45am-7:15pm or 6:45pm-7:15am), 13 week contracts only, no block scheduling and minimum time off should be requested upon submittal.
Dress code: Any color and brand of professional scrubs may be worn. Madonna-branded tops, including Madonna-branded t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polos, quarter zips and full zips may be worn with any color scrub pant. No other facility logos should be displayed on scrubs or tops. Departments that require a specific polo color will continue to follow department guidelines. These departments also have the option to wear Madonna-branded clothing in any color.
RN Ratio for Acute Rehab - Days - 1:5, Nights - 1:6. Nurse Assistants are part of the care model. Overhead lifts in all rooms. RN will not float to Pediatrics. Vent experience is not required as Respiratory Therapy will manage all vents; however, RN must be able to ensure vent is connected to patient and troubleshoot alarms.
Float: YES ( Acute Rehab , Acute Rehab 1:1 , MRSH , MRSH 1:1 , MRSH L3 , MRSH L3 1:1 ) Support role will float to all departments within the Madonna Omaha campus, including Acute Rehab and MRSH.
