Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.

Other Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Job Description: Outpatient Clinic with varied Hospital coverage, responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence. (Outpatient clinic is 2 miles from Hospital).

Varied Days, 5 in a row with some weekend coverage.
