Requirements
Experience
Travel experience is preferred.
12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required: perform swallow assessment, video fluoroscopy, general care of all ages
Shift: M-F, lone staff
Floating: covers mostly OP, occassional IP coverage prn, rare HH PRN
