Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

40 guaranteed hours

Required: Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy from a school accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association's Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).

Must possess a valid, current, full and unrestricted license from the American Occupational Therapy Association and Arizona Department of Health Licensure or in any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico..

Orientation: Every 2 weeks

Housing application: must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date - form uploaded in Medefis
