Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

18 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Trauma Level 2 experience is required from the last 2 years

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Additional Details:

Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.

No block scheduling.

Must have telemetry experience.

Going guarantee: 48 hours / week.

Every other weekend

Rotating holidays.

Mixed-acuity facility that specializes in medical, surgical, and stepdown level of care.

Patient population is primarily the elderly but can be as young as 18.

RN Patient Ratios: 4:1 or 5:1, depending on patient acuity.
