Guaranteed Hour: 36

Biotherapy chemo provider card/chemo infusion competency (preferred)

Skills required: Chest tubes, wound & dressing changes, traches, Bipap, PCA pumps, end of life care, Heparin drip, Lasix drip

Patient Types: oncology and all types of medical patients (no cardiac gtts, no pediatric)

Patient Ratios: Chemo: 1:4, Days 1:5; possible 6:1 if staffing needs, Nights 1:5 could flex to 1:6

On call? NO

Scrub Color: Any

Level 3 Trauma Center

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.
