If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Guaranteed Hour: 36

Weekend rotation: every other

This is a floating position throughout Auburn (or possibly Covington) to any ICU level patient or below; majority of time (75%) will be spent with PCU level patients in ED overflow

16 ICU beds

Patient Types: respiratory failure, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI bleeds, DKA, sepsis, general post-op patients, CVA’s, ETOH, overdose; NO craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracic

Skills required: cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring, vent/trachs and bipap management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, IV medication titration; may act as “lead” in ED holding

Scrubs: any color, no camo – prefer navy blue
