Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Step Down Unit experience is required from any number of months.
BSN completion required
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Day/Night shift rotation

Must be comfortable with providing step-down/progressive or intermediate care such as administering cardiac IV medications and telemetry monitoring
Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
