Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required from last 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed Hours 40

Schedule: Outpatient Pharmacy Setting - Rotating Hours including evenings and Saturdays - most likely 9:30am-6:00pm on weekdays.

No self scheduling or block scheduling.

Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd or 4th Saturday

Holiday Requirements: Closed major holidays

What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) Outpatient/Retail Pharmacy

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Previous experience in retail/outpatient setting, good customer service skills

CPhT via AAH, NHA, PTCB

Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Hunter green scrubs and/or professional dress
