Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Neurologic Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Every 3rd weekend

Call Requirements: None

Float Requirements: Yes – ICU or PCU or Med Surg unit

Equipment: vent, trachs, bipap, CRRT (Prismaflex), Alaris IV pump, external ventricular drains(EVD)

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Neuro ICU experience, critical care experience, PACU/Post-Op experience, Stroke center experience

Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro

Scrub Color: galaxy blue scrubs (top/bottom/jacket), black scrub pants only
