Requirements
Experience
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2+ years of hospital acute care experience - preferably at a level 1 or II trauma hospital.
Monday through Friday.
With one full weekend a month.
Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a day off the week before and a day off the week after.
No guaranteed hours.
