Experience
24 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).

Patient ratios: 2ST, CVC 1:4 up to 1:6 Rehab 1:6 up to 1:9 as needed All others are 1:5 up to 1:9
Must have 2 years recent relevant experience
